Understanding the MedSurg Access Membership

The MedSurg Access Membership is designed for individuals, couples, and families who want predictable, affordable access to routine urgent care visits at our Wyomissing and Gilbertsville locations.
How it works
- Pay a flat monthly membership fee
- Pay a $25 member visit fee at the time of each covered visit
- Receive care for many common urgent care needs included in the membership
- Get a 10% discount on services that fall outside the included benefits
Included services
Membership-covered visits include evaluation and treatment for common illnesses and injuries, in-office X-rays, EKGs, injections, routine in-office procedures, and school, sports, and camp physicals when clinically appropriate.
Important note
The MedSurg Access Membership is not insurance. It does not meet Minimum Essential Coverage requirements and does not cover hospitalization, surgery, specialist referrals, or services rendered outside MedSurg Urgent Care.
