10 out of 10! I made an appointment online for 8am. Conveniently filled all my paperwork out online. The girls at the front desk were very kind welcoming and helpful. I saw the Dr.Tim. He was very professional, knowledgeable and had great bedside manner. I left there within 30 minutes and my prescription was ready for pick up in by 11am. Great experience from start to finish!

Excellent staff, from the front desk, radiology, to the medical team. We were very pleased with the excellent and efficient care we received at MedSurg Urgent Care for a fracture. After our visit, at the orthopedic physician follow up, Xrays did not need to be repeated as expected, as the Xrays at MedSurg were of such good quality. Ortho was also pleased with the proper stabization in the temporary cast. Thank you!!
